Led by Mr. Dharmesh Radadiya, Dinjan Group began in real estate in 2016 and has grown into textiles, technology, retail, apparel and digital innovation. Each step follows one principle: build strong foundations, then scale with purpose.
Foundation in Real Estate
Began our journey in July 2016 with Infinity Developer and Crystal Avenue, a residential and commercial project of 1 and 2 BHK flats and shops.
Entry into Textiles
Stepped into the textile business in November 2019, starting with yarn trading and supply to manufacturers.
Holding Company Formed
Incorporated Dinjan Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. in December 2020 as the main holding company of the group.
Technology & Polyester
Launched Dinjan Infotech Pvt. Ltd. in April and Dinjan Polyester Pvt. Ltd. in December, expanding into IT services and polyester.
Brands & Innovation
Incorporated Dinjan Brands Pvt. Ltd. in January and DOKO Innovation in June, entering retail branding and digital innovation.
Launched the group's first in-house fashion retail brand "TYWIST".
Technology & Apparel
Added Dinjan Technology and Dinjan Apparel in January 2025, strengthening our presence in technology and fashion.
Entered fintech with TredPlus, offering digital financial solutions and invoice discounting.
Infrastructure & Data Center Development
Initiated the Segnol data center project, a strategic move into digital infrastructure that supports India's growing data and cloud ecosystem.
