From our first real estate project in 2016 to seven companies across six industries, our journey reflects steady expansion and careful decisions. Each milestone marks our commitment to building strong businesses with a focus on long-term value.
Entered real estate in July 2016 with Infinity Developer and Crystal Avenue, a residential and commercial project of 1 and 2 BHK flats and shops in Ahmedabad.
Stepped into the textile business in November 2019, building a strong presence in yarn trading and supply to manufacturers.
Incorporated Dinjan Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. on 8 December 2020 as the group's main holding company, laying the foundation for future growth.
Launched Dinjan Infotech Pvt. Ltd. in April and Dinjan Polyester Pvt. Ltd. in December, adding IT services and polyester to the group.
Incorporated Dinjan Brands Pvt. Ltd. in January and DOKO Innovation in June, expanding into retail branding and digital innovation. Launched the group's first in-house fashion retail brand “TYWIST”
Added Dinjan Technology and Dinjan Apparel in January 2025, growing the group to seven companies across six industries. Entered fintech with TredPlus, offering digital financial solutions and invoice discounting
Initiated the Segnol data center project A strategic move into digital infrastructure to support India’s growing data and cloud ecosystem
